Who leads your tour operations?
Our tour operations are led by Vako Arghutashvili, Head of Operations. Vako has more than 20 years of experience teaching economics and tourism at Tbilisi State University and also has practical experience as a local tour guide. He oversees our itineraries, local guides, transportation and on-the-ground tour operations.
Who handles travellers from Southeast Asia?
Our Southeast Asian market is led by Pol Satjayakorn, Head of Southeast Asia — Thailand, Malaysia & Singapore (HK & China). Pol has an economics background from the UK and experience as a lifestyle KOL and content creator. He focuses on understanding the travel preferences of Southeast Asian travellers and connecting them with Georgia.
Do you only offer fixed tour packages?
No. Our packages provide a starting point, but many of our trips can be customised according to your interests, schedule, accommodation preferences and budget.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. Private tours are available for travellers who prefer a more personal itinerary, flexible schedule and dedicated transportation.
Can I travel with a free-and-easy itinerary?
Yes. Our Free & Easy option is designed for travellers who want more independence while still having reliable local support. You can choose where you want to go and what you want to do, while we can assist with transportation and selected arrangements around Georgia.
What is the "Live Like a Local" package?
Live Like a Local is designed for travellers who want to experience more than traditional sightseeing. Instead of simply moving from attraction to attraction, the experience focuses on everyday Georgian life, neighbourhoods, food, culture, local activities and the rhythm of living in Georgia. It is ideal for travellers who want to experience the country from a more local perspective.
I miss Asian food when travelling. Can you arrange Asian meals?
Absolutely. We understand that food preferences can be especially important when travelling for several days. For travellers who prefer familiar Asian cuisine, we can incorporate Thai, Chinese and other Asian dining options into the itinerary. Depending on your route and schedule, we can arrange meals at suitable Asian restaurants in Tbilisi and other destinations where appropriate. Simply let us know your preferences when booking.
Can I have both Georgian and Asian food during my trip?
Of course. We actually encourage a balance. You can experience Georgian cuisine and local food while also having familiar Thai, Chinese or other Asian meals during your journey. Your trip doesn't have to mean eating unfamiliar food every day.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. Airport pickup and drop-off can be arranged as part of your package or as an additional service.
Can you arrange transportation around Georgia?
Yes. For Free & Easy and customised trips, we can arrange transportation between destinations and provide local transport support according to your itinerary.
Can you arrange hotels?
Yes. We can assist with accommodation recommendations and arrangements according to your preferred location, comfort level and budget.
Do you offer winter trips?
Yes. Georgia is an excellent winter destination, particularly for travellers interested in snow and mountain experiences. We can arrange winter itineraries including Gudauri, Bakuriani and other mountain destinations, depending on the season and conditions.
Can you arrange skiing and snowboarding?
Yes. We can help arrange winter-sports experiences such as skiing and snowboarding, including transportation, accommodation, equipment rental and lessons where available. Gudauri is one of Georgia's major ski destinations and is approximately two hours from Tbilisi by road. The ski season generally runs through the winter into spring, although exact operating conditions depend on weather and snow conditions.
What if I don't ski?
That's perfectly fine. Winter Georgia is not only about skiing. You can enjoy the mountain scenery, snow experiences, sightseeing, local food, winter photography and relaxing mountain stays.
Can you arrange adventure activities?
Yes. Depending on the season, destination and weather conditions, we can help arrange activities such as hiking, rafting, paragliding, horseback riding, skiing, snowboarding and other outdoor experiences. Certain higher-risk activities require qualified local operators, appropriate equipment and suitable weather conditions.
Can you arrange wine experiences?
Yes. Georgia has a long wine-making tradition, and Kakheti is one of the country's most important wine regions. We can arrange winery visits, wine tastings and food-and-wine experiences as part of selected itineraries.
Can I request a honeymoon or couple's trip?
Yes. We can customise itineraries for couples who want a more romantic and relaxed experience, including boutique accommodation, wine experiences, scenic destinations and private transportation.
Can you arrange a romantic snow mountain proposal?
Yes. Georgia's winter landscapes, particularly in destinations like Kazbegi and Gudauri, offer some of the most dramatic mountain backdrops in the Caucasus.
